The Jasper is a 345,000 SF, mixed-use development that answers the need for housing and affordable units in the University Park East area, not far from the USC campus. The structure consists of 5 residential levels with a total of 296 live/work units, all over two levels of podium parking. Three wings wrap around the central outdoor courtyard on the third floor, where residents can enjoy the pool and lounge area. Additional features include two rooftop sky decks, an entertainment terrace, a dog park, a fitness center, a game lawn, an outdoor pizza kitchen and 15,000 SF of ground-floor retail.
As part of its commitment to sustainability and residents’ well being, the project team hopes to achieve LEED Platinum status for the property.
