The Abbey — Koreatown

The Abbey is a newly renovated, luxury contemporary apartment in Koreatown. LFA designed the non-ductile concrete retrofit to comply with LA City standards and conversion from office to residential. Each unit features exposed concrete ceilings, custom cabinets and closets, and open floor plan throughout. The penthouses include their own individual patios, with luxury vinyl wood flooring. On the top of the building the roof was converted to a rooftop deck with beautiful views of the city.
