7145 Grasswood is a two story wood-framed house, built on a relatively flat pad, with approximately 6,620 square feet of gross interior area and 1,200 square feet of exterior deck area. A curved skylight bisecting the roof is the main signature of this house. A floating staircase and crossing interior bridges across the double height space engage the occupants with multiple circulation options.
