The Collective is a 204,422 square ft office building nestled in the middle of bustling Playa Vista. Each building is designed to create a warm, intrisic atmosphere with interiors of open wood flooring, complemented by the landscape and garden patios surrounding the building. Using economical and lightweight materials, the offices deliver an industrial feel to it’s overall design, enticing the growing community and visitors of Playa Vista as a place of business opportunity and amusement.
