Onni Marina Shores is a 1M SF, 600-unit mixed-use development designed to revitalize the city’s entrance from the east on E. Pacific Coast Highway. The project, which takes part in Mayor Robert Garcia’s “Building a Better Long Beach” plan, consists of two 5-story apartment buildings, each built over three stories of above-grade parking and approximately 4,000 SF of commercial space. A boardwalk on Level 3 will provide walkable connections and bridges between both buildings, amenities and the adjacent mall.
