The Oakland Waterfront is a new community under construction poised to revive the historic Brooklyn Basin area. Developed by CityView, the 12-building mixed-use development will feature 3,700 new homes, new shops, a grocery store, and 30 acres of landscaped open space. Completed in 2023, Parcel J is one of these 12 waterfront buildings; it brings 378 units of affordable housing to the area, as well as multiple amenity decks and three levels of automated parking.
