The G8 apartment development project sits on a 2.3 acre T-shaped lot and includes 230 residential units, office space, two pools, a publicly accessible pocket park, and several other amenity areas. The project consists of 6 wood structures of varying height sitting on top of a 2 story concrete podium, with bridges and walkways connecting the individual buildings at each level.
