A number of startups are putting down roots in El Segundo — as a part of this growth in the tech community, the new office expansion at 2221 Park Place allows office tenants to find inspiration through the new office landscape, which consists of a facade incorporation as well as a moveable wall and sleek private offices to fuel productivity and encourage collaboration. The full scope of work for the project included the renovation and expansion of an existing 50,000 SF one-story tilt-up office building. The addition included new mezzanines, roof cut-outs, entrance canopies, courtyards, and other project components, such as a retractable roof.
